i cant use the 3:4

when i try it just wont boot, only the 1:1 and 4:5 work. does some1 know y, does ur 3:4 work?

my 3:4 works... however it is on a 400 fsb chip running with the low h/w strap.

then mine is defective. it dont matter how slow it just wont boot

Dude I had the EXACT same prob with my BH7. The 3:4 is just crap on them & if it works for someone they just got lucky with their board. :) All the different forums have posts about the same problem, but I don't even know if Abit's working on it. I got so ****ed I sold mine & got an IS7-G.

ya im kinda disappointed with the BH7 as of lately, I mean I can set my mobo to run at 3:4 divider but thats with no overclock on the cpu. Once I try to set the FSB higher, my comp wont post at 3:4.

and off the topic the northbridge heatsink clip broke so thats another reason why I dont like the BH7. But thats off the topic heheh

same here, im returning this for a p4c800 deluxe

I wish I could return the motherboard but im stuck with. I think me epoxing the NB heatsink voided my warrenty.

i cant belive abit put out such a crummy board. this is y im now buying asus canterwood.

Wow, and this was the board that everyone was raving about
a few weeks before the canterwoods were unvailed. LOL

I've had one northbridge clip pop out, and it appears the
33Fixed doesn't work for crap. Plus I to have the 3:4 divider
problem.

It's too bad I can't get a 5:4 divider on this, because I'm playing
with a 2.4C right now.

dude the heat problem with the bh7 just sucks. 2 thumbs down for that board. i hope abit comes out with the fix soon for the people that still have it. i could not wait so i returned mine
