Big problem folding

I'm using EMIII (the older 2.0.1). For some reason the protein I'm folding (p147) keeps on going to like 30 hours (I'm using the system in my sig) for total time to complete. If I close the program and start it new it goes down to 3 hours, but after about 10 minutes or so, it pops back to 30 hours. The time I've watched is constant and the timer works. It's not a 3 hour protein that looks like a 30 hour protein, but it's a 3 hour protein that ACTs like a 30 hour protein

how do I fix this? I keep haing to restart EMIII everytime it goes up

Try updating EM3 to the newest version and see if that sorts it out for you

p147 is not active protein according to stanford website. I don't know how you got it. Might want to delete it and restart

p146 is a big one it should take 30 hrs or more to complete. So you are ok

146 was mis-labeled as 145, so EM might initially think it's a 30 min WU.

well i figured out when it switches. it goes fine until I conplete a frame, then the 3 hour goes to 30 hour Ah well, maybe it's just for this particular protein. I'm at frame 75...almost done...
