ok, i tryd to flash bios and got this on bootup

bios ron checksom error
keyboard error or not detected

awardflash.exe failed to load
insert system disk and hit enter

plz tell me i didnt fry my mobo

you didn't fry your mobo, but your Bios looks like its corrupt

create a bootdisk, go into dos and try to flash it again

if u cud plz explain that for me, i read the instructions of my manufacturer, but it seems i have a award flash utility which does all this autoatically, so i was kinda fly'n blind, never done this before.

i dont think i have a copy of my old bios either

Did you clear CMOS after the flash? And can you get into the BIOS settings screen?

i did clear cmos, but award utility comes up, no bios screen
