Bios help needed

I ran "Sandra" and it said that my Bios could be shadowed. How do I get to the bios? Then it said I had didabled host controllers present. Check bios settings. How do I do that? Thanks.

When you boot your system up, usually you would hit either "Delete" or F2. Do this as soon as you see the system POST, and you should get into your BIOS.

exactly, and when you do, post a little more info on your system...maybe someone with the same board as you can help you through your BIOS...and welcome to the forums!
