Hey guys, im new to the o/c ing way of life, and i have been pulling my hair over this matter. Everyone says you have to change your FSB in the BIOS, but i have looked everywhere in the BIOS and it sais nothing about it. I have an ASUS P3V 133 mobo with a celery 466 with a gorb. Help really appreciated.

For some motherboards there are programs that can change the FSB after you boot to Windows. Your motherboard is listed in the CPU Cool shareware program. So you should try CPU Cool.

Not all motherboards have FSB choices in the BIOS!!

Yes, if your Motherboard does not have Soft Menue (well thats what abit calls it) you will have to change the FSB and Voltages by moving jumpers around on the motherboard. Or you could use Soft fsb like the post above suggests.

You can check out the instructions for your motherboard from the link at:

I just read a small portion of the manual and it looks like the switches that are explained on pages 16 and the pages following 16 will set the FSB. This means you will have to have the case open everytime you try a new FSB.

I didn't see a way to allow this to happen from the BIOS setup screen. But be aware that I didn't read the whole manual (which you might want to do).
