where can i get an update?

and is there another way to overclock a intel other than jumpers & bios?

for the bios or the Via Chips?

http://www.viahardware.com is where you'll find the via drivers.

P III's have only FSB and Voltage adjustments to OC with. Nothing you can do physically to the chip (like an AMD) to overclock it.
