bios update

I want to update my bios, I got iwll ka266r, ok after I update bios I go in cmos setup and suppose to select load setup default. all I see is load fail-safe default and load optimized default, which one do I use. help please

I do not have that motherboard ,but after a bios update either choice is fine to make sure everything else fine. Fail Safe are the very basic least performance based settings typically. I would do a quick boot up and make sure you OS is not protesting about the update then start configuring you bios back to the way it was before the update.. Its not much harder then that. If you flashed fine then you are past the most critical part.
