hit the cmos jumper, you could also try a reflash (of the bios) at that point. and 400+ FSB should be in the clear of the issue (it was mid to high 300's)

im actually getting it no matter the fsb.i just hadnt tested it at anything lower than 399 when i posted earlier.its happening even at stock
i clear the cmos jumper b4 flashing as a rule.im wondering if the oc degraded something/somehow?the nb and fets got pretty toasty even with fans blowing on them...
im 99% sure its just a bad mb.ah well she was fun while she lasted.i would still consider this a solid mb despite my misfortune.
