Biostar M6VLQ CPU Temp question

How are you monitoring the CPU temp and what sort of temps do you see? I am using MBM5, but the 3 temps available are reading 21/22/23C. The temps do seem to change if I speed up or slow down the fans, but these readings just don't make sense.

Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
