If I get the black ice radiator for my new watercooling setup should I get like 2 120 mm fans for it and how should i position them to cool it?

you could mount them in a puch-pull arraingment. It's best to make a shoud to get the fan off the rad atleast 1" so there won't be a dead spot in the center
