Hey guys,

I’m looking to buy a new radiator for my Lian Li PC65.
I wanted something that’s says "eyecandy" , i wanted something small that could fit in a Lian li and I wanted something that could keep a Northwood @ 2700 cool.

Then I came a cross this beauty:

Its the Black ice GOLD. i couldn't find anything on the search here so i gather none has this radiator. Which makes it very hard to get.

Here are my two questions:

a) Where could I buy this beautiful peace of copper.
b) is the cooling ability of the black ice 1 enough for a northwood? i think it should be more than enough.

Tnx in advance.

HWLabs had some setbacks in the US from dealing with OC-WC, but they are getting back into the swing of things with many new US distributors and new improved products. I recently got in on an order of chrome Black Ice Extremes from www.cooltechnica.com ; you might want to give Bruce a call and see if he can get the gold radiators as well (I know he is getting the blue and red ones).

Before you lay down the cash for a gold plated original black ice, you might want to check on availability of the Extremes or their new Black Ice Pro in gold as well. The Pro is the recently revamped original Black Ice (they call it the BI Prime now) for higher flow rates and 1/2" fittings. The Extreme is a compact copper heatercore (2 pass) design.
