Picked this one up on eBay. The seller claimed it was in pristine condition, but I was a bit skeptical. I expected dust bunnies galore, but to my surprise it was in excellent condition. Came with the original box and the test report. For those who don't know, back in the day 2004-2008, PCP&C were THE premier brand in the US, deigned in CA (they had an office in Calabasas IIRC) and built by WinTact in TW. With excellent marketing and a product to boot, they pulled mainstream eyes towards the design aspects of PSUs. Zippy, Etasis, Delta, Supermicro and others had the technology and design down pat, but were relatively unknown in the consumer space. Back then, it was even odds that if you bought a PSU it either exploded or the rails dropped like a rock when cross-loaded. The point being, it is easy to stand out in a sea of mediocrity.

Anyway, here are some pictures of the internals of this unit. (Cant't upload here images are too large)

I promise this isn't a spam link!

Id swear thats the same PSU i used in my OC rig 20 years ago. Its truely a beast and well overbuilt.
Your a lucky man to snag that puppy up!

i never knew they made them that big. i thought the biggest back in the day was 750watt

Im rather positive the 1200W was on the market as i was doing some heavy voltages on my Cryo cpu setup.
Ill see just how far back the forums keeps post and threads but i did most of my stuff on these forums.
