Blue running Low! Plz Reply!

I just got a nice 400W ATX power supply, and am very happy about it! However, the blue wire for the MOBO is running at -11.85 instead of the written -12 without any load. I was wondering would it affect my motherboard too much (Im getting a Abit KT7E in 2 days).

I sincerely doubt it will make any difference to overclocking. The +-12 volt rails have nothing to do with CPU voltage. And a .15 volt variance isn't a big deal anyhow.
