Blue Screen of Death!!!

windows Me
265 ddr at 2.0 turbo cas latency
1.33 @ 1.462 (ayhjar p) 32c load
FSB at 172

when i bump up the multipier to 9.0 and reboot i get a error message thats (there was an error accesing config must restart your computer) i get this ever time. Am i just too maxed out on t the FSB? or is it something else

Looks like something can't take it. Reduce the FSB a bit and see if that helps. Run memtest86 to see if the RAM is holding you back.
