Greetings

I'm looking for Bluetooth smart plugs for my router and modem so I can power cycle them from my phone app or tell Alexa to do it. The tricky part is that there is no room on the UPS for bulky plugs. I know there are cables to plug in to the UPS that will do the job but I cant find them.

Help :)

Why Bluetooth? If you have a newer version of the Amazon Echo devices (like in the past few years) they work with Zigbee also. Zigbee has a much larger range and better security than Bluetooth.

Here is an Amazon link to some good Zigbee smart plugs: Innr Zigbee Smart Plug

As far as for connecting the bulky plugs, I use these: 10-Pack 1 ft, 3 Prong Extension Cord

The pigtails will help.

BT because if you try to power cycle your moden/router without it Alexa will be unable to contact Amazon to ask for permission.
