booting windows through lilo

I disabled bootmagic so now i cant boot windows. I can boot linux because i have a slackware bootdisk. If i could boot into windows once i could fix the problem. How can i set lilo up to boot windows? which device should i set it to boot? hda, hda1? The windows partition is the first one.

hdx specifies the harddrive, hdax, points to the x partition on drive hda.

If windows is on the first partition, then it would be hda1.

so if it tells me to find a file, then its /dev/hda1? im getting errors when i do that.

i dont trust this ****ty gui lilo is using so could you please tell me what to copy into the text part.

got it working. i just ignored the gui and ran liloconfig.
