BSOD possibly GTX 970 problem, help :(

Hi, after owning GTX 970 for 2 months, just recently start receiving BSOD after the driver update (347.52). This happens when i least expect it. No OC done to any hardware.
PC specs: 16gb ram, gtx970, i7-4790k, gigabyte GA-z97X-gaming 5, RM750 PSU.

I would start with downloading the latest driver, and then completely uninstalling the current driver (even going into safe mode to delete the driver manually), and do a clean install of the latest driver.
 
I have tried doing clean instal of newest aswell as older drivers and nothing works. Also i ran a memtest just to make sure ram is fine.
 
I just got 116 error when I overclocked GTX960 too high. If you were using afterburner or other OC software with auto OC at startup then uninstall everything and then reinstall drivers.
