My brother had a similar issue on his Dell laptop and it was the Ram.

I had the exact same problems, windows loading forever and BSOD.

It was the ram not agreeing with my new MB, but since you didnt get a new MB I would try contacting NCIX (if that is where you bought it) and inform them of your problem if there is a warranty. I know their service and customer care is second to none so they should take care of you.
 
contacted them right after posting here, the gave me a RMA number and just sent it out (on thier account, so didnt cost me :D) should have it back in a lil over a week
