see that the thing, its intrgreated im have so much trouble tryin to over clock i thinks its my prcssor, ive heard that some p4 1.8 chip dont over clock heck it has a default vcore of 1.72

uh-oh...

If your default vcore reads at 1.72v, you definitely have a Willamette P4. These have never been known to overclock to much more than 2 GHz, sometimes not even that.

If you had a Northwood (1.8A), your default voltage would be closer to 1.5v. You'd also probably be hitting about 2-2.4GHz on default voltage, and possible even more with a voltage bump. Your current CPU is definitely choking in this scenario.

yes that is the chip i have, i thought maybe it was my mobo, but ive heard ove people hiting high clocks on the iwill p4ht, has the soft menu and all, just wish i could do more with the mem

Well, the P4HT is a very nice board. We bought one for a buddy of mine, along with a 2.4b. He runs all day at around 3.0, and the board is solid as a rock. Plus, the neat blue LEDs on the northbridge fan are cool, too! :D
