the motherboard is not, it is intel socket 1151, you need socket am4 to go with that cpu.

the board looks like a fine choice as long as it fits in your case.
the psu is fine but it is a bit over powered, you can drop all the way down to A 500 watt unit and might save a few bucks.
if you are not using pcie drives you are fine on storage.

After clicking, you've seen that you listed an intel motherboard for a AMD CPU... that was corrected.

The PSU was overkill, the one you chose will work fine. As far as your motherboard, the link is borked, but after copy/pasting and seeing the choice, it will work fine.

You selected an ATX size motherboard so any case that fits ATX boards (most of them). Their specifications will tell you what fits and what doesn't. We also have a great thread to help on that front........https://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php/748535-Recommended-Cases-of-OCF

as earthdog said you just need to be sure it will fit an atx size motherboard and the 240 rad.
It's very hard to help pick out cases, I like great, big cases and others like small cases, it's just your own eyes.
I like coolermaster and thermal take cases, with thermal take cases be sure that everything you want is in the case you chose, getting accessories from thermal take is harder than pulling chicken teeth.

Graphics cards are universal as far as fitting and working with other components. Any GPU manufactured in the last 15 years or so will work with your other stuff. The only issue might be getting a card that is too long to fit in your case. Check what the maximum length of card the case will accept before you buy a case. Practically speaking, you will only run into an issue withe the Rx 590 you listed if you go with a case smaller than the mid tower class.
