Mmk, I'm going to build a brand new rig in a month or so, and I'd like suggestions.
Budget: $2100

Pretty much anything goes, except it absolutely must have a good nVidia GPU.
Totally willing to overclock.

Edit: Also, will the vapochill that's being sold in the below link work with the more recent CPUs (AMD socket AM2, for example?) Will I be able to afford it with my budget?

I'm kind of loathe to link it here because someone will buy it while I'm still thinking about it because of my free advertising :(

You'll want to look at Core 2 duo's....the performance is much higher than AMD's current offerings.

I think you could fit that Vapo in your budget. You might cut it close if you want to get an Nvidia 8800 GTX (Or GTS if budget requires)
But I think you could definitely build a nice rig for the price.

You might take a look at this thread:

A lot of ppl have given their recommendations for a $1500 system. Since you'll be using over $500 of that $2100 for the Vapo, you will probably be looking at a similar setup to what's being talked about in that thread.

EDIT: I'd say try to spring for the 8800GTX if you can, since you'll have all that power from a frozen Core 2 Duo CPU, you can use the extra muscle in the GTX
