I really can't tell for sure, However it looks like the Power LED and the Power SWR need to switch places
Alright I see my mistake. It says front power supply. How do I know where +/- go? Trail and error?
I am in the movie theatre (seeing kickass) so I'll try it when I get home.

Basically that fixed the front power button issue but now its turning on and off
