Its a lot of work to keep the PPD that high, Please don't get one thinking you can match that PPD. Groundwork is laid out by other dogged slow cpu's before the main rig does anything.Max0r said:That's a lot of PPD for a Sempron 2800! I got one too WTF it does like 160 at most!

Watch the WU's on the slower rigs, If one of them is further along than the Faster comp, then swap the wu's between the comps. and thats All it is? Yes, Just a little Micro-management. Oh, AND use caution when moving the WU's, Don't want to accidentally mess any up!Max0r said:No details? ....

It does actually boot things a little, My PPD is a minor example.Max0r said:...
edit: Actually it seems that micromanagement thing wouldn't really boost ppd... or would it? It seems more like it would get some WU's in sooner which I guess speeds along the project.
I tried this one and one WU got dumped and not sure why. It's great to see you on a rise again. Once we get out of the WU drought probably caused by holiday leave at Stanford, we might actually see some number. I'm down about 400 ppd with my rigs and another 400 due to borgage being off. It will get better.ghettocomp said:Watch the WU's on the slower rigs, If one of them is further along than the Faster comp, then swap the wu's between the comps. and thats All it is? Anyhow, It Does not matter how many PPD is done, It is all for one thing and one purpose... Gonna Save Lives Someday and In a big way!
Yea it starts out that way but once get to page 3 then it's a leapfrog contest where you have to watch from both directions. I've already go too many rigs running in one room. Case temps in the tower with one layer running was 82F this morning with the back off, changed the board to 2 verticle and 1 horizontal. Keep rolling, next week the WUs should pick up when the research teams get busy again. QMDs have all but dried up here and my xp threw up on a 600 pointer "Raka-Frackin" on Xmas Eve. Big Box will rule!ghettocomp said:Look Out! another two months or so and I will be rising into the 400s! I can see what AlabamaCajun meant by the times between overtakes. I might have to do something about that!
