I could have sworn I heard something about them opening CUDA.. at some point.

Maybe I am trippin.

There has been some work to create a CUDA to OpenCL translation layer and performance is decent but its still alpha/experimental.

Ah shoot! I should have been more specific. I'm waiting for the new AMD x3d chip to come out becuase that's the tipping point for me to move from AM$ to AM5 platform. I figure I'll get a modest bump from the nes CPU (currently running a 5700X), and the extra PCI lanes with the new MOBO will allow me to add another video card. I omitted a lot of info. I'm currently folding with a 4080 Super, and will likely stick with Nvidia.
