Can anyone tell me how to set up a Raid System with a KT7-Raid?

I have an abit KT7-Raid with 2 60 Gig Maxtor and 2 40 Gig Maxtors aswell, and would like to set them up as Raid using the raid controller on the motherboard but..... I do not know how

I just set up mine a little while ago and dumb me, the certified tech, forgot to fdisk. It works best if you have all the same drives. With what you have you can do to RAIDs instead of one big RAID.
Nutshell version:
Install the hardware
go into the Highpoint controller and set up what you want
Reboot from a floppy with fdisk
You fdisk the whole RAID as one disk(this is what I goofed)
reboot, format and go.
