Can I get opinions on this build?

Dumb question, but in all reality, how often are you looking inside your case to look at the LCD screen on the AIO?

Here is someone who has their GPU mounted vertically while using an AIO
I'd want to see a straight on angle for all situations...

You'll want to take a look at where the expansions slots end and add about 0.5" (will vary by card).

With any vertical mounts that attach to the 'floor' it won't be an issue. Any that mount a couple inches higher could get in the way. It also depends on if you're sitting above it or looking straight at it.

Ok man. Can you give me your opinion about my case choices? Antec C8 or NZXT H9. They are both around the same size.
And I was going to get this vertical mount.

And I will probably go with the RTX 4080 SUPER MASTER for my gpu.

I like the C8 over the H9. Check to see if the vertical mount pictured in some C8 images is included or if you need to order it separately (as you do with the H9). I'd get the Antec mount before I'd get a universal one.

Do you have any 360mm AIO recommendations? I was looking at the Thermalright Hyper Vision but I can only find it on Aliexpress.
And I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy PC parts there because if I have to claim warranty it might be an issue.

Arctic Liquid Freezer III AIOs are solid along with the Gamdias you mentioned earlier.
That one looks good and can be found in Sri Lanka. I just with it had a LCD display lol
I'm surprised Gamidas is offering one for that price. But I really don't know that brand....and they only offer 1 year warranty.
Compared to 6 years with the Artic Liquid Freezer III.

The Thermalright Hyper Vision is only slightly more than t he Artic....but it's on Aliexpress.
That "looks" the best out of the three for me. No clue which performs better.

Ok...I just found this great deal for a RTX 5070ti
It's literally cheaper than the RTX 4080 Super I was looking at.
The guy claims it's only used for 1 month and has 3 years warranty. He's selling because he's switching to 9700xt
Pretty sure he's not lying, he even mentions the place he bought the card and it's a known vendor. Reckon I should go for it?

5070 Ti is a bit slower than the 4080S, but, if it's cheaper, I would.
It's like $260 less than a brand new RTX 4080 Super. BUT I just found a second-hand 4080 Super 6 months used for around the same price.
Both are the MSI gaming Trio version, if that makes any difference.
What do you reckon now? 4080 is basically the same price but a few months more used...

Six of one, half dozen of the other, but I'd take the 5000 series card at a similar price point.
But didn't you just say the 5070ti is a bit slower than 4080s? lol
I'm confused. :eh?:
Either way, I can't believe these cards are $1,200 second hand!:bang head

First link shows 5070 Ti may be ball park a few % off a 4080 Super. Not really significant.
Second link shows how they differ in games. This is where it gets a little more complicated. Some do better on one or the other. Note it is the non-super 4080 used there, but the 4080 Super was practically identical.

I did. I looked at the similar data (same site, different 5070 ti that had 4080S data where I checked) mack was kind enough to link prior to posting. So yeah, if it's that much cheaper it's a no brainer being only 3% slower (on average). Sorry, I figured you may look at some reviews and see, too....

If they're close in price, I'd likely still take the 5070Ti as it's newer and uses a bit (a few %) less power for similar performance.

I did look at reviews...and most of the big guys really slam the 5070ti. Especially because they are a generation ahead, cost more if you buy new and are slower.
But the thing that really concerns me is the amount of VRAM.
Why would they give you less VRAM than the 4080....the whole point of the TI version use to be more VRAM lol
I mainly play open-world games like GTA and Red Dead, Elder Scrolls etc which eats up VRAM.
Not sure if 12GB VRAM would even be "recommended specs" for the next Elder Scrolls.
And I do plan to use this PC for at least 4 years.

GPU market just seems so messed up these days. New gen cards barely being better but costing WAY more than the MSRP.
$1200 for second-hand cards is insane!

At this rate, I'm starting to think I should just go AMD instead
Their prices aren't nearly as inflated. ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9070 XT OC Edition 16GB GDDR6 is like $1,070 brand new.
But then again...DLSS

It's MSRP is also lower ($599) compared to the RTX 5070 Ti ($749).

As far as vRAM, you do seem confused between models. What resolution do you game at? 12GB is plenty for 1080p...enough for most titles at 1440....

Yes I was confused about the models....and I plan to game at 1440p
To be fair, even my current gtx 1070 runs most games at 1440p fine....just not at the highest settings.

For my motherboard I'm trying to decide between ASRock X870E Nova and MSI MAG X870E Tomahawk.
If you guys have any other recomendations let me know.

And for RAM, I was thinking Corsair Dominator Titanium. 6000Mhz CL30 as you guys mentioned above.
Feel free to recommend any other kits.
