Can i overclock on asrock b75m?

I have an old computer with lga 1155 motherboard and i want to buy an i7 and overclock it can I overclock on this motherboard http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/b75m/ ?

I do not believe you can overclock on the b75 chipset, no. That is a 'business class' board. If it could, not sure I would with its unheatsinked vrm area either.
