this may be a key to unlocking a P4.
I heard this from a friend and couldn't make it out so maybe someone else could see if it is true that a P4 can be unlocked.
if it works hopefully you can all benifit from this.
If not then could someone tell me what its for if not a P4?

Hm. From what I can make out based on the babelfish translation, they claim to have unlocked the P4. Big news if this is true!
