I have two 80 GIG IDE Maxtor Hard drives and was wondering with my MB supporting SATA,is there a way to convert these drives to SATA,is there an adaptor to go from IDE to SATA is what I am asking?

Using the drives I have?

No. It will just allow you to use your IDE as SATA. To make a long story short there is no (cable, tube, spells yada yada...) that will inscrease your HD rated speed.
