Can't find Mobo support

I have an Amptron m927 mobo with a 1.5 P4 (423) with 640mb pc133 ram. My problem is I can't get the memory to run at 133..it stays on 100. I've tried changing jumpers, changing settings in bios, swapping memory sticks (all sticks are 133), etc...still no luck.
So i thought maybe I needed a BIOS update, but I can't find any Amptron website or any place that supports their mobos...
Any ideas?
