can't install amd 761 agp drivers missing file, help!

when I try to install the amd 761 agp drivers it says I'm missin a file named sucatreg.exe I searched for the file on my hdd, no go, my brothers computer, no go, win98 cd, no go.

yeah, but this file has somthing to do with windows. its supposed to be in c:\windows\system
