can't run 133fsb on Inno3d GF MX-200, Tbird 850, Epox8kta3 any insights?

my system consist of Inno3D GF MX-200, Tbird 850, Epox 8kta3 OC 10*100 =1000 and ran stable. I was able to run 140*7.5 a few weeks ago with my old video card (3dfx Banshee) but now after changing to Inno3D GF MX-200, i can't booth d system at 133*7.5.. any insights?

Does the 133FSB affect the booth up of the Video card?
