Can't send WU

I have a WU that will not send. The unit is trying to send to server 119 which
doesn't have hardly any load. I am running the Console version 4.0 with XP Pro. The WU is in the work folder as 09results. When the last WU was sent shouldn't that one gone as well ? How do I at least make an attempt to send this in.

I have 2 wu's queued for 120, which is in FAIL mode.

But, normaly you can just shut down F@H and restart it and it will "send".

Yes I have tried to do that quite a few times but no luck. I believe 120 went down last night.

I belive I read at the F@H forum that they were having networking problems campus wide?
