after installing my other 512ddr stick windows decided to always set the pagefile itself (1.4GB)if it is smaller then X (well it let me set it if i said min and max is 1GB but it wont let me set it if it is 2MB)
with only 1 stick i managed to run fine without a pagefile or a pagefile of 2MB. now I cant run with no page file or a page file of 2MB (need 2MB for photoshop)
the whole point of the extra ram stick was not to have a page file begger the minimum. I checked my registrey page file setting and there it says what it says in the page file setup in system control panel, which is 2MB for drive C:. I tried various scenarious but it wont work. anyone??

I also tried removing the second stick trying to set it but it wont let me any more?????????
