Can't you just use one of them office-ventilators to cool your case?

Like opening the case on one side,
putting the ventilator in front of the opening,
and let it blow?
These ventilators can really blow hard!
My ventilator is almost as big as the case itselve.

I tried it, but i'm not really sure.

But, when using this ventilator,
i saw that the cpu-fan slowed down by some 300-400rpm.
and wasn't running at a constant speed; the speed was
rather going up and down a little bit.
Could this be damaging?

The heavy airflow from the ventilator is obviously inhibiting your CPU fan airflow. Maybe you can turn the ventilator around and use it to extract air.
