I have various grievances against the larger e-tailers, including one that sponsors this site, mostly because they are so unresponsive and take forever to correct errors, RMA's etc.. So I am posting this to praise a small-scale vendor who provides old-fashioned, personalized emails promptly, and from whom I have ordered watercooling components several times. I don't know how to put a link in a post, but they are case-mod.com.

I use to order from them. Would still except that they stopped shipping to Canada.

Their prices were/are cheaper than what I can get locally, even with shipping and charges for crossing the border.

I try to leave a rating good or bad with resellerratings.com

Some people only critique and leave evals when they have a problem.
