Hi,

Is Full Load 50C a bit too hot?

If so, which HS/Fans should I be looking for which are good value/performance.

Yes 50C is definitely a bit high. My load temp is 43C. What speed are you currently running also what mobo? For a good heatsink review look here http://www.overclockers.com/articles373/

Anything close to the top will cool oyur CPU nicely. Swiftech and Alpha are generally the most expensive. The rest range from $20-40 with a fan

1554@128FSB with a ST6 at 1.775v

If I try anything above that it would start giving me blue screens during XP load.

I'm thinking that it's heat that is preventing me from reaching 133FSB, which is what I really want as atm everything is underclocked.

I'm looking for something around the $20-$30US price range.

That is WAY high.

I got my 1.1a at 1.75v at a 137fsb. Just got done playing
6 hours of Q3 and UT. Have had Prime95 running about
45 min. since the gaming. CPU temp is at 36c.

Air cooled.
