Hello all. I have a celeron 600 @1035 that I've been running happily for several weeks nonstop now on a Soyo 6BA +IV with an Abit Slotket!!! This evening I came home from work to a BSOD and an error about something like ntoske kernel...something like that, I didn't think too much of it at the time so I didn't write it down. I reset, but no POST, so I shut it down, powered her back up, hmmm, still no POST. Assuming that maybe the chip was fried, I went and pulled a chip out of another computer, switched it into this one, but same thing, still no POST. The monitor doesn't come on, nothing. The green led on the motherboard powers, everything sounds as normal, just no POST. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Hold down the Insert key when you power it up and see if that gets it going.

Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately neither that method or manually resetting the cmos with the jumpers makes a difference. The other weird thing is that I'm not getting any beeps when I start-up. Any more thoughts anyone? Can a motherboard just suddenly go bad?
