certificate for 10 points?

I recently got two certificates, one for going over 10,000 points (I am actually closer to 14,000 ) and one for 10 points. the 10 pointer is from a mess up where I forgot to put in a team number for a day. What is with the certs and why would I get one for 10 points?

It is just some script generated deal, it gives a cert for any points completed.
