Changing CPU clockspeed

i recently got an XP 1600+ but it says in my bios i have a 1050, how do i change this too 1.4ghz which i should be getting?

i got a new mobo at the same time which supports XP

CPU speed

There's eiother a jumper or a setting in the bios to change the FSB (Front Side or System Bus) from 100 to 133.

10.5 multiplyer x 100 FSB = 1050 Mhz
10.5 multiplyer x 133 FSB = 1396 Mhz (1600+)
