I haven't seen anybody do a post on how to change the EAX intro that is installed with the audigy 1. I figured it out on my own close to a year ago, so I'm betting its old news. But anyways, here it is:
All you have to do, is move an avi file into the "C:\Program Files\Creative\SBAudigy\Program" directory, and rename it to EAX.avi. You should probably backup the old EAX.avi.
To test it, you can restart your comp, or run "C:\Program Files\Creative\SBAudigy\Program\demo32.exe" , choose the "CTEax" file and press ok, then press the playbutton when it comes up. So far it seems that it will play any size avi. Doesn't play mpegs
, but so far thats the only limitation I have actually tested.
