Hi guys. I am on the verge of ordering my parts for a new system I am building and the only thing left is the case. As the thread title says I am l looking for a cheap, big and well ventilated case, I will be putting these into it:

Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5
Intel i7 920 with a Prolimatech Megahalems and 1 fan on either side (as you can imagine it will be very big)
Nvidia GTX 275 (may go SLi in future)

I am looking to spend £80 maximum

Oh and another point, I see people take the default fans off of the case and put their custom ones on, what fan's would you recommend or does it depend on the case?

Cheers, Josh

Antec 1200 sounds right up your alley. Check it out. Also, I just use Yate Loons. They are cheap and work well. If you want a bit more quality, Check out Scythe SFlex fans and if you want more power and high quality, Deltas or Sanyo San Aces.

Antec 1200: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...29043&cm_re=antec_1200-_-11-129-043-_-Product

If you dont need a large case like that, Id HIGHLY recommend the Antec 300. Its $50 through the egg right now, a great case that has GREAT ventilation. Great for air cooling. It will house all that you need it to, its just not huge.

Antec 1200 are £120+ :( I am already over budget by £80 so trying to save as much as possible, anything else that's cheaper?

I have another question also, if I'm going to be using the Prolimatech Megahalems with 2 fans, where would I plug the second fan into?

And would you recommend Antec 900? it's £75 and looks nice

I'm not sure it fits your budget since im horrible at conversions but.... this one is kind of plan looking but has a durable rubber front with a temp meter http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811103011
This one has good reviews everywhere:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119160

Do you need a full tower? I assumed so because of the megahalems but I could be wrong.

I was just about to post that case haha

Coolermaster HAF 922, I have read that the Prolimatech Megahalems fits with 2 fans so I think I am going to order that one. Thanks for your help mate

I think you'd be happy with the 900 :)

It's not the biggest case around, but if you plan how you build your comp, it shouldn't be a problem at all... You may have to really think about where the harddrive go though. My 4850's power plug just barely fits between the card and the lowest hard drive (have it going up a 3rd of an inch, and inbetween the two drives and out the cable management hole).

If you use one of Nvidia's longer cards though, you'd probably want something bigger.
