Cheap, quiet & cool folding rigs

I am just wondering about the possibility of VIA C3 folding rigs - no fans needed, just passive cooling. Would this be a good idea? They are pretty cheap as well, I might just slap one together...if I can sell my old bits & pieces.

Via C3's really suck at mathmatical calculations
a weak ALU and FPU

youd be much better off with a duron or celly for anykind of crunching

I was thinking more of the reduced noise level - my Tbird rig is really noisy, and if I had a second rig for 24/7 folding it would have to be really quiet. I could just go for a Duron and one of those Zalman coolers....
