Hey guys I was just going to try and get some opinions. The more I look at my 30$ mid tower atx case, the harder it looks to cool. There is just no room for case fans other then the 1 in the front and the 1 under the psu. I really can't afford one of those pricy ones everyone here likes like the Antec sx1240, altough they do look very sweet its just out of my league. I was thinking of just buying a 40-60$ full tower case that looks easy to cut, do you think it will be suffiecent?

I would think so...that way you can design how the cooling will flow, so you can change it to fit your circumstances, which case vendors just can't do (well, they can, and there are some that do, but those are a LOT more expensive)

You might also consider the Hoot Chute...that's just one fan, and you don't really have to worry about putting in any more.

I have a Full ATX Supercase. You can find it here. It is #22. Don't buy it from these guys though. The will kill you on shipping. Look around at other places. I paid $60 for mine, and it comes with a decent 300W PSU. It's a great case, easy to mod, and hold a ton of drives.

And the wheels make it easy to move. It's durable, cheap, and good looking.

Article by Hoot here. Great read. More info in the fourms...do a search for Cohesive Air.

The case may be 60 but shipping is $20 from UPS!!! i wont use ups and fed ex is $48!!! no way i'm gonna buy this online. Would do better to drive there myself and pick it up. anybody know where i can get cheaper shipping? note: i used www.pricewatch.com to find the lowest price and this is the shippng for it.

disregard my last post. seems that it's a link to an AT case. :(.

WOW thats cheap shipping for a case. I found the ATX Full Supercase at that wabsite for anybody who wants it. It comes with a 300 but i asked if they could upgrade it or sell it without the ps(no response just sent the email).
