I'm looking to buy a card around $150 - $190 thats ATI. I've been reading reviews that the 9500 pro is a great card, and can be easily overclocked to 9700 pro / 9800 pro benchmarks? is this true? and what manufactur 9500 pro should i buy? links please!?

Thanks!

I have seen the Sapphire 9500 Pro around here for $235 CAD. In my mind, this is the card to get. You won't reach 9800 Pro benchmarks but you'll probably come close to a 9700 Pro after you OC the 9500 Pro.

this isnt hype its my own experiance and testing.im hopeing others will buy the card also to prove my card isnt a fluke :D
btw its not.

you can thank me anytime you wish. when you were shopping for a sapphire 9700NP i bought the last one from newegg, that made you get a different one..... :D (i can make anything relate to me one way or another lol)

the cards have already been said so i'll comment on something else. make sure the card you get doesn't have Infineon ram if possible. Infineon makes quality ram BUT is doesn't overclock over it's ns rating for crap where the hynix ram seems to love overclocking.

i have the sapphire 9500 pro from googlegear and its a great card. im waiting on my vantec iceberg right now. i was dissapointed that you dont get the card in the pic but oh well.......

i got myself a 9500NP... for 150$ ... it overclocks pretty nicely.. but your risking on it... cause the last card..(9500 b4 rma) didn't overclock well, but the mod 4 pipeline worked... via drivers... only got that one 337/594... now with my new replacement... see sig.. =)

actually you may very well be right.
i was about to order that exact card and it was gone.

i would have been happy anyhow had i gotton the saphire.
ive only heard to run from power color made cards but even some people like those so who knows.

btw i think you was who was giving me the advice to buy a 9700np at that time. so you arent too bad of a guy :D

ill vouch for the hynix ram it oces like mad. well kinda mad but better than even some 9700pro's ram.
