Where is the cheapest place to get these items? I haven't looked at them in a long time and forgot where to get these things  !

If you measure the area you want to put your heater core and go down to your locaol autozone or advance auto they will let you got through the heater core books that list by dimensions. Then just give the person behind the counter. Anywhere for $14-$100 depending on whats its for. I heard a Chevette heater core is good, I found a toyota one that fits my case.

I use a heater core used for 1964 ford truck, it fits just right for case width. Of course you need to reduce the tubing size too fit your hose size.

Made a mistake on my previous reply.
The heater core is for a 1965 Ford F-100, Advance Auto carries it
under their part #2-242. Costs $21.99.
Dim. are 7 3/16" x 6 1/8" x 2" thick, (7 3/16 includes the side tanks).
Hope this helps.
