Checkout the new theme for the teamsite

I played with css for the first time ever and Ebola and I got a theme up for the team site called: OCForum . Go try it out and see if you like it!

Also thanks to Ebola and RC212 working/helping with graphics!

edit: phil made it default so you should be seeing it as the default theme otherwise you can set it when you select "My Account" and go to themes.
