well, perhaps telling us what type of card you need might help... you say card, but this is the video AND sound card section...
 
well i found a
ELSA TNT2 VANTA 16MB for $45
MSI TNT2 M64, 32MB SDR RAM, 4X2X AGP, NO TV-out MS-8808, Retail box for about $38
 
Elsa has a great reputation for quality. But... the TNT2 M64 is definitely a better Vidcard than anything "Vanta." Vanta's perform like TNT's. M64's perform like TNT2's. I think that all major flavors of Linux support TNT2's of all persuasions. Go with the MSI card!
