Cisco VoIP 7911/7906 phone.

I can't seem to find the answer to this question and my skillset is very limited. I can place a call on hold and pickup a call separately but not together. I have read the manual for this phone but it does not answer this question:

With a 7911, can I place a call on hold the press More | Pickup and work on this second call?

I have set the "Maximum Number of Calls" to 6 and the "Busy Trigger" to 3 and my user cannot place a call on hold to pickup a second call.

My Cisco phone administrator doesn't know either but by coincidence he is talking to our support rep tomorrow. When I get a firm response I will post it here.

It turns out that the answer is that the 7911/7906 does not support doing both.
