When I run SisoftSandra, it says my memory is rated as Cl2 up to 66 megahertz and cl3 up to 100 megaherz. There doesn't seem to be any way to change from cl3 to cl2 or vice versa in the bios. Is this automatically done?

In the BIOS chances are it'll be called CAS Latency or on some mobos just CAS. If your running your RAM at 100, it should officially be set to CAS3.

If your running a BX mobo, they'll also be a RAS-CAS Latency. Set it the same as the CAS...
